join as LEAP PROGRAM ASSISTANT

Are you looking for a great opportunity to learn about the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Norway, be part of a growing network and collaborate on a meaningful project with real impact? Join our team in Norway as our LEAP Program Assistant! Please note that this position is unpaid. 

LEAP is a 3-month program designed to help underrepresented founders raise capital for their startups by equipping them with relevant expertise and knowledge.

In this role you will:

  • Find relevant and promising startups for the program

  • Recruit startups to the program through email and social media 

  • Assist with the program management and coordination

  • Find and invite partners and investors to the program’s events and demo day

  • Assist with organizing the demo day in January 2026 in Oslo

For this role you will need:

  • Structured, responsible and reliable 

  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • A strong interest in startups, venture capital and entrepreneurship

  • It is important to us that you believe in the work that Charge does and that you are driven by social impact.

Would be great to have but not mandatory:

  • Interest in diversity and inclusion

  • Good Norwegian language proficiency is a plus
