Charge and BSR Go-abroad are partnering to enhance global resilience for micro SMEs in the Baltic Sea region, fostering international expansion, local market presence, and robust value chains. This collaboration leverages Charge's expertise to empower micro SMEs in the region.

Recognizing the vulnerability of micro SMEs to global crises, the project emphasizes the benefits of international operations for quicker recovery. By fostering local market presence and collaborations within the BSR, the project aims to diversify micro SMEs' market base and create local value chains, safeguarding them from global disruptions. Through an internationalization program, the project will provide micro SMEs with knowledge and tools, culminating in a blueprint for local trade and value chain collaborations. This blueprint will be utilized by micro SMEs, business development organizations, and local authorities across the Baltic Sea geography, contributing to the resilience of the region. 

NordConnect is project funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers, an internationally collaborative team from Finland, Denmark and Norway working together towards improving the integration and acculturation of the immigrants in the Nordic societies. The project focuses on the study, implementation and eventual knowledge sharing among the three partners on the basis of entrepreneurship as a mean for integration and community engagement, with special focus on women and youth. A big part of the project is the knowledge sharing of best practices among the three partner organizations, i.e. a vocational college in Finland, a sustainability focus NGO in Denmark and an Entrepreneurship Incubator for immigrants in Norway. It is a project run by the Immigrants for the Immigrants. Having not only the unique expertise from the partner organizations, we as immigrants living in Nordic countries have a ton or personal experiences, that if shares, would be beneficial for struggling immigrants over all. We aim to improve the integration with a special focus on cultural orientation and knowhow. furthermore we wish to incorporate Sustainable living in the lives of immigrants. We aim to introduce culturally and sustainably aware immigrant entrepreneurs in the Nordic Society.
