Starts in February. This intro phase is consist of six sessions that will give you the theories and tools you need to build a solid foundation for your business. Learn the following:

• Opening session

• Purpose and resources

• Business idea

• Business model

• Set up objectives and tasks

• Project presentations

Starts in March. Consists of 6 sessions. This phase will challenge you to step out of your comfort zone, by getting you ready to contact your target group early, so that you gain insights to grow from. Learn the following:

• Founder mindset

• Two weeks of Customer discovery

• Find your target customer group

• How to do networking in Norway

• Match making with experienced business developers

• Meet the ecosystem

18+ sessions over 9 weeks. Starting in April. The goal of this phase is to get your solution to the market as fast as possible. Each week consists of practical sprints where you’ll go through the following:

• Build and MVP through prototyping and testing

• Learn marketing and build a sales strategy

• Learn to pitch in front of an audience.

We don’t have any industry specific focus, but we are looking for talented founders who recognize themselves in one of these situations:

• You are looking for new ways of creating a livelihood through starting your own business

• You are in the idea stage or have started your company less than 2 years ago

• You live in Oslo or Viken

• Struggle to find relevant jobs in Norway

• Or you find it hard to access relevant networks and the Norwegian startup ecosystem.

• We do not select based industry specific focus areas, but we appreciate projects that has a tech component and/or sustainability focus,

• We also accept livelihood entrepreneurs and/ or consultancy based businesses.

Accepted participants is expected to attend at least 80% of all sessions.

We expect you to be active in the sessions and that work on your project throughout the program.
