How It Works

WHAT?

A 5-month entrepreneurship program for early stage founders to test and validate their business ideas.

WHY?

Empower underrepresented founders with the network and knowledge needed to launch a successful business

WHO?

Female founders or founders with multicultural backgrounds

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Someone with the following qualifications:

    • A strong drive and interest in entrepreneurship

    • A passion to creating an impactful and sustainable business

    • An open mind and willingness to learn

    • Resilience and adaptability 

    • Good written and verbal communication skills 

    • Good digital skills (Google Drive/Meet/Doc/Sheet, Zoom, Microsoft Office)

    • A residence permit in Norway that allows you to work and start a business

    • Must be able to attend at least 80% of our workshops

FAQs

HOW IT WORKS

  • Submit an online application form. The application form takes 20-30 minutes to complete.

  • Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an online interview to share more about themselves and their business ideas.

  • The Changemaker program includes online and in-person workshops, 1-on-1 mentoring and support.

  • The program concludes with a demo day in which the participants present their businesses to our partners, mentors and supporters.
