MEET FOUNDERS FROM ØSTFOLD AT CHANGEMAKER DEMO DAY 2025

11 June 2025

At Charge Incubator, we believe that the most exciting innovations happen when passion meets purpose. Every year, we’re privileged to work with entrepreneurs who are turning their bold ideas into reality — building businesses that make life sweeter, smarter, healthier, more connected, and more sustainable.

Today, we want to share a glimpse into the journeys of five such founders. Their businesses are as diverse as their backgrounds, but what unites them is a shared commitment to making a difference in the world.

Blessing’s Bakery — Crafting Sweet Memories

Founder: Blessing Addey-Oldeide

For Blessing, baking is more than a skill — it’s a way to create lasting memories. Blessing’s Bakery is a thriving business where every creation is made with heart and the highest attention to quality.

Whether you need an elegant wedding cake, a box of fluffy cupcakes, melt-in-your-mouth brownies, or crave-worthy cookies, Blessing’s Bakery aims to satisfy both sweet and salty cravings.

And there’s more — her homemade plum jam collections are not to be missed.

Through her work, Blessing brings joy and memorable flavors to special occasions and everyday moments alike.

Talk on Paper — Breaking Barriers in Global Research

Founder: Dilan Nenningsland

Academic knowledge should be a bridge, not a barrier — and Dilan is on a mission to make that vision a reality. Her company, Talk on Paper, is a digital platform that helps researchers share their work beyond language and regional boundaries.

The concept is simple yet transformative: Talk on Paper conducts video interviews with scholars in their native languages, then dubs them into multiple languages. Suddenly, a Brazilian researcher can easily understand insights from Japan, or a Norwegian scholar can follow developments in South Africa.

Beyond video content, the platform offers real-time translation in its networking space — helping academics connect, collaborate, and build a more inclusive research community.

By amplifying diverse voices in global academia, Dilan is changing how research is shared, understood, and valued.

Mental Health has no boundary — Care that Comes to You

Founder: Yilma Taibo

For many people living with limited mobility or chronic illness, accessing mental health care can feel out of reach. Recognizing this gap, Yilma founded an initiative focused on providing mental health support to elderly individuals and their relatives.

Yilma’s work ensures that no one is left isolated when it comes to mental well-being. This project reminds us that entrepreneurship is also about building more inclusive, humane systems — one person at a time.

Sæth Småbruk — Farming with Heart and Integrity

Founder: Asfara Sæth

Sæth Småbruk in Tomter, Indre Østfold is an artisanal farm dedicated to ethical, small-scale agriculture. The farm produces high-quality quail eggs and seasonal produce, with a focus on ethical, small-scale farming that prioritizes animal welfare, sustainability, and natural methods.

At a time when food systems are often industrial and opaque, Asfara’s approach is refreshingly personal and transparent. At Sæth Småbruk, every choice is made with care — for the land, the animals, and the customers they serve.
